It was the first time we left the cats at home for more than a weekend and we could not have hoped for a better catsitter than Donatella. To us, it felt like the cats were cared after and loved like we were there. She was always available and proactive and showed a real connection with us and our cats and sent us daily updates with pictures and videos. One of our cats is pretty wild and is not very partial with human connection especially with strangers. On the second day she started giving Donatella the head strokes and attention that she only gave us before. If not more! Recommending Donatella is the very least we can do, handing out your furries to someone this reliable is the best investment you can make. A true animal lover and a friend!
