About Me

Kitty magnet

Hello fellow kitty-lovers! I am an NHS clinician, and specialist mentor for young adults with autism. I absolutely adore cats, having owned (or been owned by?!) kitties throughout my childhood and as an adult. I have experience of caring for both indoor and outdoor felines, with a range of personalities and abilities. I love getting to know individual cats and adapting to their needs and character, enabling a trusting relationship that helps them feel at ease and nurtured. I know fur-babies are like one of the family and how important it is that they are treated with respect, and given love and attention (depending on their mood!). I am open to all sorts of feline-sitting around London and am excited about hanging out with your cool cats!

I can tend to kitties in Islington, Hackney, and parts of Central London. I’m open to overnight stays in a range of areas so do feel free to get in touch wherever you may be in London (including outskirts). I’m happy to ensure your home is as you left it, post is collected, plants watered, and other little bits you may request alongside looking after your fur bèbes.

    Nuri was amazing! She was very receptive to our worry about Ays (our kitty.) She took pictures and sent them to us. When our timed cat feeder ran out of battery she called us and was more than happy to change them. We would definitely 100% use her again to feed our kitty.

    Nuri is wonderful with our kitty, Gwen. She has watched Gwen while we have traveled a few times and always sends us great videos and pictures. Gwen also uses an inhaler and Nuri is happy to give her the medicine during each visit. Gwen can get a bit upset when left at home, but she has been in great spirits when Nuri has watched her. I would recommend Nuri to anyone and hopefully, she can visit Gwen again soon.

    Nuri has looked after my cats twice, and I'll definitely use her again. She is reliable, keeps in regular contact with photos, videos and messages. One of my cats is very shy and tends to hide from sitters -- Nuri is great at keeping me informed about rare sightings and is very calm in letting me know if she hasn't shown her face for a few days. My more sociable cat, Rosie, loves her!

    Nuri has looked after our cat multiple times. She's been great, sending us updates and photos, and we're always sure that our cat is in good hands. She's a lovely person, she really likes cats, and she even appreciates our cat's feistiness and hyperactivity, rather than getting annoyed with her! If you are looking for a cat sitter we'd highly recommend Nuri!
