Emily's Chelmsford cat sitting

Hi, my name is Emily, and I am a cat lover and catsitter. I have had my own cat Janet for 7 years and have been cat sitting for a year now so I am experienced in taking care of lots of different cats!

I don't like to leave my cat alone for too long and fully understand the need to provide care and companionship with a sitter who treats your cat like the beloved fluffy family member they are!

I have also had 6 hamsters in the past so am able to take care of hamsters or small rodents, as well as fish.

Should you ask me to care for your cat, I'll ensure that they are played with and cared for (and that the cat is treated like an individual - if they're uncomfortable with affection of course I won't force it on them!). I will provide fresh water and food for your cat/s every day. I'll also clean their litter trays if required and let them out for as long as you specify to ensure their routine is kept consistent while you are away.

I'll send plenty of videos and photos so you know your cat is being well cared for. I will also meet with you before you go away to get to know your cat and their routine.

I have administered medication such as pest control and tablets to my own cat, as well as medication to other cats included an inhaler for kitty asthma and pills which go into food or are given straight to the cat.

My cat is also somewhat sensitive to certain foods, and I am used to catering for cats who need specific diets.

    Emily was a fabulous! She took great care of our cat, including giving her medication, and spent time every day making a fuss of her and playing with her. She kept us up to date every day with photos and videos, which was really nice. We'd 100% recommend Emily and will book her for any future trips away.

    Emily took such great care of our fur babies while we were away! Great communication with photos every day, and she spent lots of time with them and even had to dispose of a few mouselike treats. We will definitely be booking her again.
