Jacqueline was great and quickly managed to establish a rapport with our shy cat. She was reliable and always provided us with updates and photos when she was with our cat. Will definitely book her again next time when needed.

Jacqueline looked after my cat, Tilly, for two nights while my partner and I went on a short break. I had not used a cat-sitter before so I felt a little apprehensive. Jacqueline visited me at home before starting the job. She was friendly and reassuring. It was clear that she was a genuine cat lover. While I was away Jacqueline updated me about how Tilly was getting along which I really appreciated. When I returned home I could see Jacqueline had taken very good care of Tilly. We absolutely love Jacqueline. She is reliable, kind, and communicative. We have booked her twice so far, a short trip and a long trip (2 weeks) and both times we came home to happy and relaxed kitties. Jacqueline was so kind as to send us pictures while we were away, and I can tell that the cats like her very much, even though one cat is shy and one cat is feisty! We had a previous, different, sitter who did not do so well with our feisty cat and we came home to very stressed kitties. The quality and kindness that Jacqueline has shows through in how much happier the kitties are with her compared to the other sitter! We will always ask for Jacqueline first when we go on Holiday.
