About Me

Cat Companion | Trusted Cat Sitter in Ealing

Hello and welcome to my profile. I’m Amy, a proud, self-confessed cat lady.

When I was growing up, my family had two cheeky black-and-white cats called Jimmy and Seamus. We also had three rabbits, Mopsy, Flopsy and Toby, along with a tank full of fish. Animals have always been a huge part of my life.

After graduating from law school, I fostered five kittens and an adult female cat for several months, which was an incredibly rewarding experience. Spending time with cats of all personalities, whether they’re shy, confident, independent, nervous or playful, is truly my happy place.

These days, I regularly care for my family’s and neighbours’ cats when they’re away on holiday or need help at short notice. It’s something I genuinely love doing, and I take the responsibility seriously.

Due to health reasons, I’m not able to work or volunteer in a cattery, which would otherwise be my dream job. Cat sitting in people’s homes is the perfect alternative, and it means I can care for cats in the environment where they feel safest and most relaxed.

I’m committed to providing loving, reliable care for your cat while you’re on holiday, at work or in hospital. I understand how important it is to stick to your cat’s usual routine and to make sure they are safe, happy and well looked after in familiar surroundings.

Please feel free to get in touch if you’d like to know more or to arrange a meet and greet so I can get to know you and your cat.

What I Offer

My cat sitting services are tailored to your cat’s individual needs and usually include:

– Providing fresh food and water daily

– Washing bowls, tidying the feeding area, and cleaning or scooping litter trays

– Offering playtime, stimulation and grooming (always following your cat’s lead and respecting their boundaries)

– Keeping an eye out for any signs of illness or injury

– Sending regular updates by text, email or WhatsApp for peace of mind

I have basic knowledge of cat first aid and I’m happy to administer medication under your guidance. If your cat becomes unwell or injured, I can also take them to the vet if needed. (Please note: I travel by public transport, taxi or on foot, as I don’t drive.)

Additional Home Care

While visiting, I’m happy to help with small tasks around the house, such as:

– Bringing in post and parcels

– Watering houseplants

– Setting timers or opening/closing curtains and blinds

– Taking out bins and recycling

– Carrying out basic home security checks

If you have any other requests, just let me know, I’m always happy to help where I can.

Availability & Pricing
