About Me

Experienced Cat sitter, looking for furry clients in North London.

Hi, my name is Lucy and I am a 28 year old cat lover living in London.

I have always loved being in the company of cats and have had them in my family home since I was small. I have also rescued, fostered and rehomed my own kitties.

I am a young, single professional working in pastoral care in a secondary school, with lots of time on my hands in the evenings and on weekends. I am reliable and trustworthy, and friendly, caring and loving with cats. More than just taking care of a cat's basic needs, I know that each cat has their own unique personality and so requires different levels of care and attention, and I enjoy getting to know them and learning about them. I have spent lots of time around cats with specific needs so I am fully aware that they take to people at their own pace. I will always give your cat the time and space they need to warm to me, and once they have I will give them endless cuddles and attention, as well as playing, brushing and chatting with them.

I know how difficult it can be to leave your furbaby in the hands of someone else, so I will always endeavour to make sure you feel as comfortable as possible. I can stay in touch with you as much as you like, sending regular updates and photos/videos. I am also happy to do any other bits and bobs around the house, including watering/spraying of plants (I am an experienced plant mum), collecting post, etc.

I am available mornings, evenings and weekends, and can do daily or twice daily visits, as well as overnights. Working in a school, I am also available during many school holidays when my time is much more flexible.

    Lucy’s great, takes care of unpleasant tasks too like cleaning our cat’s bottom as it was needed. She sends pics and is very nice. We also got Xmas wishes from our cat :)

    Lucy had no qualms about Ivan’s complex feeding requirements and was confident about giving any necessary medications. The photos she sent of Ivan while we were away showed how quickly he became comfortable and settled in her company. On our return home he was happy and relaxed. Our home was pristine. We would definitely recommend Lucy.
