Thank you so so much for looking after our little fluffball in the heat. Smudge can be shy with new people but Charlotte is a magical cat whisperer and she was happy and immediately at ease, which made being away from her a lot easier. Had lots of updates, and came home to a lovely note and printed photos of her too, which was just amazing!

Charlotte was very responsive before, during and even after the booking. Despite my cat being very shy, she still tried every day to get him to be comfortable. She carried out all of my specific requests. Would definitely recommend her and will ask her again in the future to look after Bear.
