About Me

Cat sitter in Cambridge

I am an Admin Business Partner working near Cambridge, and I work from home 1 day a week.

I volunteered at Bury Stray Cat Fund (every two weeks on a Sunday) for over three years. When volunteering, I would administer medication to kittens, young cats and elderly cats, clean their living space, provide their morning meals and give them love and affection. I also volunteered for the RSPCA (walking the dogs and caring for the cats) for over a year until I relocated.

My fur baby is called Violet, and she is a 2 year old British Shorthair (Lilac colour) who I rescued from from the Bury Stray Cat Fund in November 2022. She is the best friend and best housemate I could ever wish for.

I have owned cats for the entirety of my life, so I have lots of experience in caring for them. I have owned male and female cats, and I have experience in helping to birth kittens, caring for newborn kittens, unneutered cats, neutered cats, feral cats and even very elderly cats. My oldest girl was 23 years old when she was put to sleep in 2017.

All animals are my passion and I would be more than happy to look after your fur babies (plus your babies without fur)!

    Luna is a huge scaredy cat with new people - was so lovely seeing her coming out of her shell and becoming comfortable and affectionate with Ellie. Ellie even did some work from home at ours to chill with Luna - oh, our hearts!! We were sent videos from each visit which was so appreciated, and Ellie was always so easy to get in touch with.

    Ellie was fantastic with my three British Short Haired babies, especially considering my kitten was a bit unwell and needed extra care.     Eliie was simply brilliant for my young male cat Frank. She came round before I went away and Frank took to her immediately.

    Eliie spent plenty of time with Frank, sent regular updates including pictures and videos, and I came back to a very happy boy!

    Cannot reccomend Ellie enough.
