EmmaJane is wonderful! This was longest length of time I had been away since getting Coco in November 2019. Moreover, and thanks to lockdown, she was used to both my continuous presence and to being thoroughly indulged. EmmaJane quickly sussed out that Coco is a bossy, manipulative princess and gave her lots of time, care and attention. Coco really liked her and I could tell from the photo updates EmmaJane sent to me regularly, that she was a very happy cat. When I got back, Coco was just as happy as when I left and this is all thanks to EmmaJane, who was totally reliable, responsive and responsible both before and during the booking, and communicated with me regularly while I was away. EmmaJane is fabulous and I would not hesitate in booking her again.

EmmaJane was wonderful! Star can be a nervous girl sometimes so it was great to have someone who let her lead the conversation, and especially who knew the ‘Rule of never moving a sleeping cat’ and was so happy to let her sleep on her lap for half an hour! Star appreciated the cuddles!
