Fantastic as always! Came back to two well fed pampered cats!

Cats were well looked after! We came home to two happy girls who were very relaxed and happy excited to see us.

Daphne was fantastic, took care of our Lola really well. She gave us plenty of updates with pictures, too.

Daphne and her husband were incredible with my cat, Cosimo. She kindly came for a pre-visit to meet him and learn about his quirks, and sent plenty of updates and photos while I was away. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to any cat owner, and would definitely book her again in the future.

Daphne was a well organised, attentive and reliable cat-sitter who gave photo updates whilst we were away. Would recommend to anyone in the Bath area!

It was a real pleasure meeting Daphne. She took the time to meet our cat Eddie a week before we left on holiday. Eddie instantly went towards Daphne. When we were away, we received plenty of photos of Eddie. Once back home, Eddie was relaxed, litter was clean, fresh water served ... We knew that Eddie was in good hands and I would definitely recommend Daphne as a reliable and loving cat sitter.

Thanks to Daphne I returned home to relaxed cats. I didn’t like to go away for a full fortnight so it was really great that she took such good care of them.

Daphne took on the difficult task of visiting our home whilst we were away to feed a cat that is a VERY FUSSY eater, but also a cat that needs medicating twice daily.

The day before we left Daphne suggested she came at medicine time to show me she could handle the medication. Which she did with no problems.

Whilst we were away each day we had pictures showing a contented cat, and even empty feeding dishes!

We came home to a relaxed little cat, and to arrange another date for Daphne to cat sit Katie for us.

Thanks to Daphne I knew the girls were all fed and came back to everything clean and tidy which was great! Will definitely have her come back.

Daphne did a fantastic job taking care Mandu for two weeks and I strongly recommend her services.

If you are looking for a cat sitter that is fluent in cat language, loves animals and will really care about your pet's well-being, then Daphne is the cat sitter for you.

Why? Prior to our holiday, she conducted a free of charge pre-holiday visit to meet Mandu. She took the opportunity to ask questions, about her likes and dislikes, her habits and what makes her happy. She requested for a signed letter from us, giving her authority to take Mandu to the vet, should she deemed it necessary. She sent photos and mini videos from every visit along with observations about her behaviour. She spent time talking and playing with her. On a couple of occasions when our (indoor/outdoor) cat was not home during her visit, she came back a bit later to check up on her. On a particularly cold and wet day she took the initiative to remove (and wash!) the wet cushion cover and brought a fleece blanket at the cat's outdoor home. When Mandu went off a particular brand of food, she recommended another one that worked for her cats and made arrangements for this to be provided. Most importantly - Mandu was very happy to see Daphne every time she visited.

We were due to go on a two and a half week holiday so I arranged to meet Daphne before I committed to a booking. One of my 2 cats doesn't like visitors but she actually came in whilst we were having coffee and spoke to Daphne.

She was very thorough and asked all the right questions - my partner and I both felt very comfortable after the meeting. She wrote to me the day before I went so I wouldn't think she had forgotten and then regularly sent me Whatsapp photos of the cats. It was all very reassuring. Also, as we were in India with all the travel disruption from the Coronavirus she said she was happy to keep visiting if we were delayed returning.

We would be very happy to ask Daphne to look after our cats again.

Daphne came round before the booking and took loads of notes about where everything was and exactly what I wanted doing. I had lots of photos while I was away and my super shy cat even came out which is unheard of! Everything was really easy, communication was great and will definitely use again next time we are away

Daphne did a great job looking after Dougal - he was well looked after and very happy...it’s clear Daphne is passionate about cats!
