Michelle is the cat whisperer! I was worried as I have 2 very skittish and nervous cats they’re still wary of people they’ve known for years I told Michelle that she probably wouldn’t see them but it was the complete opposite, they absolutely loved her! She was so lovely and I felt so comfortable leaving my cats, I couldn’t recommended her enough!

Michelle sent us updates while we were away, kept our Luna super happy and well looked after, and was super easy to reach any time we needed her. Any time we go away from now on we will try and book her! Thank you again 🙏 xx

Michelle did a great job looking after my Daisy whilst I was away and sent me updates and photos of how she was doing which was brilliant and put me at ease whilst I was away. Daisy took to her immediately when they first met.I would recommend her to anyone and I will certainly use Cat in a Flat and Michelle again when I next go away.

Penny obviously took to Michelle very easily. The video's she sent of Penny showed that she was very comfortable with her, which is unusual for Penny as she usually doesn't like strangers. We'll definitely keep Michelle on our (very short) list of Cat sitters for the future.

Michelle looked after Lili whilst we were away. We received pictures and an update to reassure us that she was doing well. Lili was relaxed when we returned but happy to see us nonetheless.

We went away for 5 days and we booked Michelle as with previous bookings she has been great - even though we're not the most organised of clients (she's always very accommodating when we make a mistake)! Medications given with breakfast, photo and update while we were away. I'd always recommend Michelle (and have done to my friends), I feel safe knowing my boy is in good hands while we're gone.

Our shy cat Lili wasnt her usual shy self why introduced to Michelle.. all went well and we received pictures and videos daily to keep us updated on the furkid. Michelle comes well reccomended by us. Thanks for looking after our baby Michelle. Lili misses you!
