Sarah cat sat for us in the past and was always brillant. Unfortunately this time round we came back to a cat with a dislocated tail. It took us a few seconds to see that something was wrong so we are disappointed that Sarah was not able to spot that and call us. The vet confirmed that the injury had happened a couple of days before we came back :( -----------------------Response from Cat Sitter----------------------- Hi Alice! I greatly apologise once again that I didn't pick up on the signs that Baloo was in pain, and thank you for opening my eyes on the signs of discomfort I was missing. Of course, if I'd noticed I would have contacted both yourself and the vets immediately to get Baloo seen to. I hope Baloo recovers well and I would love to look after them both again in the future if you'll have me.

Sarah was fab! I have 2 very skittish cats and she still gave them plenty of time, love and company, including pictures! Would recommend and will definitely be booking again.

Sarah looked after our cat for 2 1/2 weeks. He is quite a shy cat normally so I wasn’t expecting many pictures, but she managed to coax him out and gain his trust. Sarah sent pictures and updates each day we were away. Couldn’t be happier. We expected to come back to a very grumpy cat…but he was very happy and clearly well looked after!

Sarah communicated with us really well before and during the booking as well as sending photos of my cats which we loved She even stripped the bed for us after staying for 2 nights and when we came home our cats were very happy and relaxed seems like they enjoyed her company 😊

Sarah did a fantastic job of looking after our beloved cat, Casey. I was a little worried about leaving Casey for 2 weeks as she was so used to having me work from home that I was worried she's be lonely, but Sarah spent lots of quality time with her, doing pampering sessions and playing with her, she also made sure our garden birds were fed each day so we came back to a very happy and healthy cat and well fed birds. Sarah also sent me daily updates and gorgeous photos so I knew she was ok. We were delighted with the care she gave to Casey and would have no hesitation in recommending Sarah and will certainly call on her next time we go away.

Sarah was brilliant! We were updated each day with photos and she kept us regularly updated which was great. We have two rather shy cats but she took the time to get to know them and they didn’t run away which shows how gentle and caring she was with them. She even made sure to close our blinds etc so that the house was secure whilst we were away. We would certainly ask Sarah to look after our two again…thank you!

This is the first time I have trusted someone with my fur babies and I was not disappointed. Sarah did a fantastic job, and both Luna and Bear have loved spending time with her and I will certainly be using her again- I loved the photos of their day, regular communication and I’m pretty sure she hoovered my lounge as my kitties are way too messy for it to have been kept that tidy!! Outstanding!!
