My first time in using CatInAFlat and I am delighted as is my furry pal Sylvester. The videos Arlene sent were wonderful, I think he had more fun while I was away. Would highly recommend this sitter and and future holidays I have I hope she will be available

Just returned from our first trip leaving our cat Tigger in Arlenes care. She was excellent from point of contact to keeping us updated when away. Tigger seemed very happy in her company and I wouldnt hesitate to book Arlene again.

So happy we were able to leave Luna in Arlene's capable hands again, came back to a very chilled cat!

Highly recommend. Arlene came round a few days ahead of our booking and kept us updated every day we were away, including pictures. She did a great job of looking after our shy cat, who was very happy and chilled out when we got home.

Arlene was great with our two cats Sasha and Stormie. We received daily updates with photos and videos and felt confident the whole time we were away that the cats were in safe hands. Looking forward to using Arlene again.

Arlene looked after our two bengals very well, and kept us updated frequently over the weekend! Would definitely book again :)

I was very nervous leaving my cat for two weeks, but Arlene was super supportive and flexible and sent a lot of videos which helped me focus on actually enjoying the holiday. 5 stars! Would put 6 if I could.

Arlene was looking after Maurice recently. I cannot say he was happy because the furry beast is never happy. But he didn't trash the place when I was away. If that's not the best possible review, then nothing is. I will definately book Arlene in the future.

This is the third time that Arlene has looked after our cat for us when we have been away. Once again she has provided us with lots of lovely updates and our cat was calm and content when we returned. She was also very accommodating when we had a bit of a house key mix up and we really appreciated her help and understanding!

Arlene was great with Ging and Doris. They loved her! (I felt kind of jealous… 🙄) despite of all meds that Doris needed for his UTI, she did great! Would recommend 100%

Wonderful cat-sitter! Very professional and friendly. Arlene sent us photos and videos daily which helped my anxiety about leaving our pet alone. She plaid with her and looked after her in the best way possible even when the kitten broke a catnip filled toy which messed up the carpet. Absolutely amazing, we will be adding to our favourite sitters.

Second time using Arlene to look after our cat. She sent lots of updates and our cat was very excited to see her again when she came to visit!

Arlene was great with Amber. She even managed to clap her on first meeting which is unheard of! She came when she said she would and sent updates and pictures after visits. I left my fur baby in capable hands and will definitely use Arlene's service next time I am away.😻👌

Arlene, has been simply brilliant . Indie was well looked after . Arlene fed and played with Indie and followed her cues for play and verbal interaction . As Indie is a Bengal cat , she can be very chatty and Arlene ensured that her needs were met . We couldn’t have asked for a better cat sitter . Indie’s litter tray was kept clean and she looked healthy and happy on our return . Would absolutely recommend Arlene for your pet 😊

Second time I have used Arlene. It was very short notice and she was able to accommodate. Happy knowing Mylo interacts with her. Photographs confirm this. Most definitely use again

Arlene put or mind at rest, being the first time we have been abroad since having Mylo, with daily updates and photographs. She met Mylo before we left and had the opportunity to tell her how he likes to play. Will definitely use her again in the future

As always, Arlene was fab! After a long time working from home, cat (and me!) had a bit more separation anxiety, but the picture updates from Arlene made it so much easier!

Arlene looks after our cat Amber any time we are away and I have complete peace of mind with regular updates on how she is doing. The photos and videos are much appreciated. Arlene is used to Amber’s quirky ways and we always come back to a very chilled cat. I cannot recommend Arlene highly enough and you would not need to worry about your cat when you are away

Came home to a lovely relaxed cat - Arlene was great with photos & updates while we were away. Always worry a bit about leaving Chester but need not worry with Arlene. This is the second time she’s looked after Chester and will definitely be using her services again would highly recommend

Arlene was great. I have never left my cats before so was quite nervous about it but Arlene sent lots of pictures and updates at each visit, which was very reassuring. Arlene has now looked after our cat Amber many times Amber is a timid cat and does not like strangers but this time she was so comfortable with Arlene that I have absolutely no worries at leaving her Arlene as always keeps us updated with photos and videos I would thoroughly recommend Arlene especially if you have never left your cat before and are worried that your cat won’t be well looked after in your absence because Arlene will put your mind at rest

Arlene was really lovely and friendly. She came to meet Cosmo in advance and we felt very comfortable that she would take good care of our boy after our meeting. Communication was great throughout our trip with messages, photos and videos to reassure us. Arlene also helped us out with an additional visit at short notice which was really helpful and allowed us to stay a further night on our holiday. Cosmo seemed relaxed around Arlene and we would feel confident having her look after him again in the future. We'd highly recommend Arlene for your cat sitting needs. We returned from holiday to find Amber happy relaxed and well looked after unlike Ambers experiences in catteries Arlene kept in touch twice daily showing us in photos and videos how Amber was doing Arlene has looked after Amber before and knows all her quirks I can’t recommend Arlene highly enough

Arlene looked after our cat well Our cat is very timid and Arlene overcame this and had her eating out of her hand On our return our cat was happy and relaxed

Arlene has looked after our cat Amber a number of times and we always come back to a happy chilled cat Amber can be a bit difficult at times and has been known to hiss but Arlene always gets round her with the odd Dreamie or 2 We are always happy to leave Amber in Arlene’s care and will do so again

First time ‘away’ from my cat in a year (due to COVID and working from home) - but Arlene made the separation easier with photos and updates. As always, came back to a contented kitty.

Arlene took wonderful care of my rescue cat Pecan. I had been very worried about leaving him as he tends to bolt and hide from visitors, but he came round to her in no time! She sent multiple pictures every day so that I wouldn't worry about him, and left everything clean and followed the instructions perfectly so that he experienced as little disruption as possible - she's a wonderful cat-sitter, I can't recommend her enough, especially if you have a nervous cat (or if you're a nervous owner)!

Arlene came over and met our little cat the day before we left which let us introduce them. She regularly sent pictures to show us how our cat was an updated us on how much food and water she had drunk. When we returned our cat was in good spirits and the house was as we’d left it.

As always, came home to a happy cat. Hate leaving my cat for long periods of time but I know she’s in good hands with Arlene. Photo updates help too!

Mr Maurice is always happy with Arlene, so I'm happy as well. Especially, that he's one moody guy... Arlene took care of Mr Maurice few times already. Always reliable. And always sending me those little updates when I'm away, so I don't have to worry about anything.

The only reason I would not recommend Arlene is my fear that she will become too famous and won't have time for Mr Maurice in the future.... ;)

I've been using Cat in a Flat for a while now and In particular using Arlene, she has struck up a great trust with my cats, which number 5 and each with their own wee quirks, and they seem to trust Arlene which is great she has never let me down and has pictures sent to me daily along with a wee piece telling me who's done what and when. So Arlene offers me the best, I can relax when I go knowing they're in safe hands. So Arlene thank you very much for all your help you're a star.

Arlene very friendly and reliable and looked after my cat wonderfully taking into consideration her need for lots of attention (and food!!!!) And her slightly nervous disposition . Arlene also communicated with me regularly and promptly . I would not hesitate to use Arlene again.

I trusted my little main coon kitten to be left alone for one night while we went away on a weekend trip. I was a little nervous but I needn't have worried! Arlene was such a sweetheart, genuinely cared about our wee cat and in getting to know us too. She was attentive and my little kitten was super happy when I came home! I got updates via photographs on both the night time and morning visit and was able to fully enjoy my break knowing my little one was cared for in her own environment! This being my first time leaving my cats with someone other than family, i was a bit apprehensive but I feel I've been very lucky with Arlene she put me at ease and throughout the time she watched my cats I had plenty of txt news and more importantly to me plenty of pictures. I've already arranged for her to watch them again, cat in a flat has been perfect and I'm glad I found, I would recommend Arlene as she has what it take to make the cats comfortable and relaxed, well done.
