Emma was absolutely lovely and professional from the get go. I booked last minute but she popped round the next day asked all the right questions about Maisie’s routine and it put my mind at ease. The little updates she gave me were a really nice touch aswell. She seemed really experienced and I came home to a happy stressfree fluff ❤️❤️

Emma visited prior to us going on holiday and made us feel relaxed about leaving Russell in her care. Emma was great with Russell and he seemed relaxed when we came back. Emma sent us lots of pictures and updates daily which was thoughtful and put our minds at ease. We would definitely recommend her.

It isn't easy to leave your cats with people you don't know but Emma made me feel at ease and I wasn't worried about my cats. I recommend her 100%. I'd love her to look after my cats again.

Emma was great looking after our 2 cats for almost 2 weeks. She was very engaging before and after the booking. We got regular updates and pictures which is always nice. We'll definitely contact her again when we travel next.

As soon as Emma came throught the door our cat was relaxed and curious and went over to say hello. Emma is very warm and knowledgeable and clearly loves everything feline. I left instructions for feeding, playtime and litter cleaning which Emma stuck to and she gave our plants a bit of water as well. Would happily use her again.

My Cat took to Emma straight away so I knew I would be able to go away and not worry.Emma was helpful and came to visit to find out all about my cats needs before my trip. On my return my cat was happy, chilled and well fed. Emma sent me pics of playtime which reassured me she had visited which really helps. Emma was great to work with, before I left she was diligent in making sure she knew Plum and her needs. Whilst was away she sent regular photos and updates. When I returned Plum was content and happy and I felt happy to know she had been so well looked after. I would highly recommend Emma and will definitely ask her to look after Plum in the future.
