5* Cat Servant

Hi! My name is Pip. I live in central Brighton and am a civil servant. I have loved and lived with cats for nigh on half a century, since I coaxed my first beloved stray kitty in from the garden where he was eating bread put out for the birds. All my cats have been rescues including two long term shelter residents, both nervous senior cats who had been putting off potential adopters by hiding and/or hissing. Both became wonderfully affectionate housemates once they knew they were safe and loved. In February 2021 I became housemaid to two gorgeous older ladies who lost their previous servant to covid. From a loving home they found themselves in a small crowded and noisy shelter which they found really overwhelming. Sadly, I lost Sheba last Xmas but her sister Hazel is doing amazingly, keeping me well and truly on my toes. We have comforted each other and comfort eaten together!

I am available for daily and twice daily visits and other combinations. I have to commute to London 3 days a week which means short stays are easier for me but I am always happy to discuss longer cat sits. For Christmas and New Year bookings please see my availability which I update at the appropriate time. I am up for pill dispensing and I have recent experience of delivering injections (administered to a lovely kitty who suffers from diabetes). I am great for feeding, friendship, frolics and feline photoshoots. My current feline employer, Hazel, is illiterate but has dictated the following reference; ‘Miss Pip is a very good servant who truly knows her place - which is to be ready to tend to my every whim at any time I fancy and to go away once I no longer need her services. Her head scratches are really good and her lap is super comfy. She seems to like exercise and is always running round with string or throwing little soft toys across the room. Sometimes I humour her and join in and other times I just sit and watch for entertainment. She serves good food though and always clears the litter tray promptly. All in all I would give her 5 out of 5 Dreamies.’
