Anisha sent someone else to my house, without prior notification or explanation. This raised concerns about the quality of care my cat received. Furthermore, the person only spent 6 min with my cat who is on medication and requires proper care.

Please reevaluate your practice and prioritize the welfare of the pets under your care.

Hi Alisa, again I’d like to apologise for this bad experience. As explained, I didn’t come myself on Thursday morning as there was heavy rains and yellow warning of floods on the road, so it didn’t feel safe to drive by myself with our baby and as Raza my husband was going into the office he kindly proposed to check on Charlie. I thought this would be okay with you as he accompanied me on Wednesday evening for the cat sitting so you'd have seen him on the camera. I should have messaged you about it on Thursday so this is my mistake really.

Anisha is absolutely wonderful. She kept us updated about our boys the whole time we were away, in text, pictures and even videos of them. She is exceptionally accommodating and will definitely be reaching out again for our next holiday.

Anisha assisted taking care of my x3 cats whilst I was away on vacation. She was reliable and meticulous about the tasks I had asked her to do and even went beyond when one of my little kitties had some accidents possibly due to not seeing me around for a long while. Anisha was fantastic with our cat Bella. Bella is not a fan of other people in general so we were not sure how it would go, but Anisha got her eating treats from her hand and playing a little. Despite Bella still being a little wary she seemed very happy. It took all the stress out of going away. leaving her and it was lovely to get little updates from Anisha too. Highly recommend.

We had a little issue with my keys not working and Anisha communicated clearly and promptly throughout, sending photos and videos. She was great and when she was finally able to get into the house, my cats were well taken care of!

Anisha has been perfect sitter. Few days before we leaved for holiday she came to pick up our key and go through our cat's needs. We were very impressed because our cat was very curious and oberving Anisha. Usually our cat runs away and hides. We left then very relaxed. Anisha was the excellent and trustworthy cat sitter while we were away for approximately two weeks. She kept us updated with photos and videos. Pamuk looked so happy with her.

Anisha was trustworthy and did a fabulous job of looking after our two cats whilst we were away. Unfortunately they were both getting used to their surroundings following a recent move but Anisha coaxed them out from their hiding places and by the time we returned they were both back to their usual selves!!
