About Me
Friendly cat care in Haddenham
My name is Katy- I've lived in Haddenham for 3 years, so still very much a newcomer by village standards! Having grown up in Buckinghamshire, my husband and I moved out of London where we lived previously, for a bit more greenery and space and we now have 2 daughters. I work at King's College London (I work at the university, but I'm not an academic).
One reason I was very keen to move was so we could have space for a cat! I grew up with cats from the stray who turned up on my parents' doorstep to those who came to us in need of a new home for all sorts of reasons. We now have the beautiful, sweet and very spirited Esme who is sometimes more fluff than brains! We wouldn't change anything about her though, except perhaps the many 'gifts' she brings us...
As well as Esme, many years ago after much pestering from me my family adopted Jasper from the RSPCA, like Esme. He wasn't originally my first choice (it was a very difficult choice!), but when he came up to play with my shoelaces it was a done deal. So now I have 2 fur babies which is lovely.
I am naturally a cat person, so I am confident in looking after cats of all natures, needs, shapes and sizes. I would be happy to send any photos or updates while you are away, for complete peace of mind.
