About Me

Cat sitter in Birminghan

My name is Laura I have a full DBS check.

I have three beautiful fur babies of my own Betty, Roxy and Pearl. They are three DSH rescue cats who love nothing more than a day adventuring in the garden followed by cuddles on the sofa.

My motivation for being a cat sitter comes from my love of cats. I have grown up around cats all my life and I understand how difficult it can be finding people to take care of your cats and how stressed cats can get from being moved from their homes into a cattery for a holiday stay.

I also love nothing more then meeting new cats.. I can often be found visiting cat cafes and have some regular local cat visitors who like chilling in the garden alongside my three.

I have a full clean uk driving licence plus first aid qualifications which I am hoping to upgrade to animal first aid soon.

I am hoping by offering my pet sitting services that I will be able to use some of my free time to allow others to be able to holiday with the peace of mind knowing their pets are in safe and in caring hands

I know how worrying it can be leaving pets behind when going on holiday so I am more then willing to send updates and photos each day 😺

I very much enjoy my role as a cat sitter and look forward to my visits. My prices are priced per household rather than per cat.

I like to be open minded and flexible with my service approach. I suit the needs of my clients by arranging a meeting prior to the date they are travelling to discuss the needs they have for their cats.

My services generally include:

  • Feeding cats, refilling water - cleaning bowls etc
  • Cleaning and refilling litter trays
  • Interacting with kitties on their terms e.g playing, stroking, brushing etc

I am also happy to do simple tasks such as watering plants, putting bins out and opening and closing curtains/lights etc...

    I cannot recommend Laura enough! I had regular updates and pictures and came home to 3 happy and relaxed cats. My 3 are all rather quirky and Laura took it all in her stride!

    Laura was extremely helpful when I needed a cat sitter last minute. She was very responsive and catered every need for my cat. I was also getting daily updates and pictures of how my cat was doing which kept me reassured. After only a couple of days my cat was purring and sitting on her lap!!
