Hello,

I’m Rachael. I’m a magazine editor and I live with my cat Alvy, who is 15, so I have been a cat parent for a long time and grew up with cats and dogs.

I used to find it tricky to find a cat sitter so I want to help other people to be away from home without worrying about their furry friends while they’re away.

I love cats (and all animals) so will play with your cat/s, feed them, scoop the litter box and send you daily pictures.

    Rachael was a wonderful cat sitter! She sent us regular photos and updates which was really reassuring. She came over a couple of weeks before to meet the cats, and they really took to her over the time we were away. She gave Otto his pill, fed both cats and mucked out their litter trays every day. Highly recommend ☺️

    We could not have been more delighted in finding Rachael on Cat in a Flat. She was fabulous. Reliable, friendly and so caring towards our two girls. We felt so lucky to be able to enjoy a trip away without having to worry. Plus, we received daily updates & photos via messaging. It was the highlight of our trip away.
