I work full time at Scotland's national public health organisation leading on a public health approach to climate and sustainable environments. I also have a private business as a life/work coach.

I’m currently living with a rather clingy but adorable Ragdoll called Max. As a confirmed cat lover I can't get enough of them and just love meeting new cats and trying out my cat whispering skills and that is why I do cat sitting (but don't tell Max...!).

I’ve lived with various cats most of my adult life and so I know different temperaments can require very different approaches.

I’m a big believer in what you put in you get out with cats.

Where wanted by your cat I will give chin or ear rubs and other cuddles as well as stimulating play if they are in the mood. And a good chinwag too if they are up for it!

Of course, I’ll do all the necessary litter changes, food and water.

I’m a houseplant lover (it's pretty bad...40 and counting!) so can tend to any plants. I'm happy to discuss any other small chores you’d like done like that, dependant on the time needed to prioritise cat care.

If for any reason I am incapacitated my partner Paul can step in. Paul is also a confirmed cat lover with extensive experience with different cats. Paul is retired from Ford Motors where he was a Finance Director.
