Tracey & Julian are really exceptional cat sitters. We felt so at ease and content knowing our Tullulah was looked after so well and received so many lovely videos and updates! I couldn’t recommend them more :)

It's a shame I can only give five stars, it never seems enough! Esme was a bit disgruntled before we went away (we've had new furniture and she hates change); however she's come back to herself after two days with Julian and Tracey, and we can't thank them enough. A positive experience, as always.

Another relaxing trip away knowing my two babies were being well looked after by Tracey and Julian. When they came to pick up the key my senior female cat must have recognised their voices as she came downstairs to be fussed by them - you can’t beat that.

Tracey and Julian looked after our cats again, (for the 5th or 6th time), and we were away for the longest time we've ever been (10 days). We got twice daily video updates and it's clear both our boys absolutely love Tracey and Julian. I wouldn't leave them with anyone else, I know they will be safe and happy when we're not there.

It was the first time we've used a cat sitter and Tracey & Julian were recommended by a friend. They were fantastic and I would highly recommend. Watson was really happy, they sent videos, photos and updates twice a day and even saved our fish when we had a leak in our pond pipe! Lovely couple and will definitely use again.

I cannot recommend Tracey and Julian enough. We went away for 10 days and the video updates and twice daily messages meant we could really enjoy our time away knowing our cats were being so well cared for. They catered to their needs and spent so much time with them. Every video we received was full of purring sounds it was lovely.

We have just returned from a six day break and were really fortunate to book Tracey and Julian for a second time. Given our extremely positive previous experience we felt relaxed and confident about leaving Misty at home. Tracey and Julian are great cat lovers and had already gained Misty's trust. They are thoroughly reliable and communication between us has again been first rate. We have daily received updates, photos and videos via WhatsApp and these proved to be so very reassuring. Additionally Tracey and Julian identified a small leak from our downstairs loo and addressed this for us. We consider ourselves extremely fortunate to have made their acquaintance and will definitely seek to engage them again next time we are due to be away. A lovely couple who we are delighted to wholeheartedly recommend.
