I owned my first cat in 2008. Her name is Tita and she came into my life when her owner was going to give her up for adoption. Since then, I have rescued cats and worked with various animal charities in Canada and Colombia. As I was travelling a lot while working as a journalist in Canada, my mom took Tita to Colombia where she now lives happily with Nene, another cat my mom and I rescued in Colombia.

I am currently a freelancer doing interpreting from English to Spanish, as well as occasional journalism pieces, and I also work with adults with disabilities part-time. Since getting my own place with my husband, our first move was to adopt a cat. I currently have a beautiful rescue cat named Dorian.

I have experience giving medication to cats, socialising feral cats and finding cats' favourite play routines, among other thigns. I think playtime and a healthy diet are super important for cats' well-being and happiness. As well as having various toys and scratching posts for his entertainment, Dorian and I play every day and he also gets time outdoors, which he loves.

I am happy to cover most areas around Abingdon (Vale of White Horse) including Oxford. I can give medication, follow specific meal plans, provide interactive playtime or whatever your cat requires.
