Best service we've come upon. Karen took enormous care of our two black cats. Visited twice daily and took a photo each time. She managed medication and litter tray perfectly. Would we use her again? You bet.

Really good, came back to a happy George, good to have daily updates, only comment here would be it would be nice to accompany these with daily photos in future. But that is only a minor point as came home to a happy and healthy boy which is the most important thing of all. All in all a very good cat sitter

Our cats were relaxed and contented upon return, and with fresh water and clean litter, as always when looked after by Karen. They positively enjoy her visits.

Karen is extremely reliable and sends regular updates, so you don't have to worry about your cat while away. Buddy is shy and generally hides from guests, but he's completely comfortable around Karen. Thanks again.

We couldn't be happier with the service that Karen provided when we were away! It was our first time using Cat in a Flat and Karen made sure to explain the procedure to us which definitely made things easier. She suggested coming to introduce herself and meeting our fur baby to make sure we felt comfortable leaving him in her care. The daily updates were a great touch and Paddy was very happy and relaxed when we got back. We will definitely ask Karen to look after him again!

Karen is a great cat siter. This is the second time she came to look after our cats. This time it was for 2 weeks so we were quite worried about leaving the cats for such a prolonged time.
