Karen, looked after our cat while we were away for new years. She did a fantastic job. Our cat was happy, well fed and looked after. Highly recommend.

Sammie seemed very comfortable in Karen’s company. As always very talkative but happy when we got home. Communication was good and we enjoyed having our daily bulletins Quite happy to leave him in Karen’s care when we go on our holiday at the end of January

Karen provided excellent care for our 3 cats who were happy & settled on our arrival home. It was lovely to receive daily updates. Karen came to do two pre visits which was reassuring & a great way to meet each other before leaving the cats in her care. I would highly recommend thank you Karen.

Karen is a fantastic and reliable cat sitter. Careful and patient, she looked after our two boys perfectly while we were away, even with the additional feeding instructions that we asked her to follow as part of their diet requirements. We would happily trust her to cat-sit for us again in future.

Karen left us updates and photos to inform us of how our cat was whilst we were away which was very comforting. Upon returning home she called to our home to return the key and Ozzie immediately approached her and showed her affection it was lovely to see the relationship they had built in jus5 a few days

Really good, came back to a happy George, good to have daily updates, only comment here would be it would be nice to accompany these with daily photos in future. But that is only a minor point as came home to a happy and healthy boy which is the most important thing of all. All in all a very good cat sitter

Our cats were relaxed and contented upon return, and with fresh water and clean litter, as always when looked after by Karen. They positively enjoy her visits.

Karen is extremely reliable and sends regular updates, so you don't have to worry about your cat while away. Buddy is shy and generally hides from guests, but he's completely comfortable around Karen. Thanks again.

We couldn't be happier with the service that Karen provided when we were away! It was our first time using Cat in a Flat and Karen made sure to explain the procedure to us which definitely made things easier. She suggested coming to introduce herself and meeting our fur baby to make sure we felt comfortable leaving him in her care. The daily updates were a great touch and Paddy was very happy and relaxed when we got back. We will definitely ask Karen to look after him again!

Karen is a real "cat person" and bonded with my cat straight away. While I was away, she texted me with regular updates on how the cat was doing. She is a good communicator and very reliable. I would definitely ask her to look after my cat again and recommend her to others.

Karen is a great cat siter. This is the second time she came to look after our cats. This time it was for 2 weeks so we were quite worried about leaving the cats for such a prolonged time.
