Friendly and reliable cat sitter

Could not have asked for anything more. Clearly experienced sitter who was really patient with my shy cats and asked lots of questions prior which was very reassuring. Great communication.

I felt increasingly uneasy with Julie being in my flat & caring for my cat. Amongst other things, Julie spent more time making herself at home than with my cat, was careless with the litter tray leading to protest poos, and barely kept me informed, even denying a poo incident. I returned to numerous stains from my distressed cat & Julie herself.

------ Julie's response ----- I am very sorry that you were unhappy with my service and that Mabel was distressed. I spent lots of time grooming and playing with Mabel and sat waiting for her to approach, as you requested long visits. I sent regular photo updates and answered questions promptly. I cleaned a couple of small stains, following your advice that this was not unusual for Mabel, but the complaint of many stains and poos outside the litter box does not reflect my experience. Thanks for the feedback, in future I will let owners know promptly of any stain cleanup.

As always Julie looks after my fur babies with love and humour, getting my fussy CKD cat to eat, and even being accepted by my anxious little covid youngster.

Julie is great. She provided a lot of love for both our cats and was super firendly and helpful. Really coulnd't be happier or recommend more. Was here during one of the big storms and was helpful enough to sort the bins out when they went AWOL.

Had regular updates of the cats happenings and happiness.
