Cat sitter in Ipswich

Sophie has been an absolute star this week when we had to go out of town unexpectedly for an unknown length of time for a family emergency. She stepped in to help out at short notice and was flexible as we extended the booking several times. Our cat Ellie was well looked after & happy while we were away, so we had one less thing to worry about!

As always, Sophie goes above and beyond to make sure Claude is safe and happy while I’m away. She’s the best.

We use Sophie all the time and couldn’t ask for a better person to look after our cats. She takes such good care of them and provides us with updates whilst we are away. She is amazing and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her!

Due to unforseen circumstances we had to cancel this appointment last minute. Sophie was very understanding and supportive.

Sophie as always was very attentive to Biscuit, even though he was a bit grumpy. 😁

This is our second time with Sophie and it has been great. Sophie spend a lot of time playing with Biscuit and raised any concerns straight away regards his health, which is very much appreciated.

Sophie was brilliant, with great communication, very friendly, and clearly an animal lover. She kept us up to date with how are cat was going whilst we were away and we returned to a very content cat. Molly will look forward to seeing her again when we next go away!

Sophie is absolutely amazing! She gave all the love that our fur baby needed and then a bit more. It was very easy to keep in contact with Sophie and she was extremely accommodating when our flight got delayed and she needed to pop in an extra day. Will 110% entrusted my cat to Sophie again.

We've now asked Sophie to come and look after our cat (Ellie) several times. She's unfailingly polite & friendly, and prompt to reply to messages. She lets us know how Ellie is doing while we're away and has gone above & beyond to do things like sort out unexpected parcels that have arrived in our absence. And most importantly, Ellie (who is usually a nervous cat around unfamiliar people) seems to love Sophie and is always cheerful and relaxed when we return.

Used Sophie a couple of times and it has been a pleasure. Cats well cared for, house kept tidy and she is always helpful when unplanned things crop up (heat waves and broken cat food timer trays 🤪). Thanks so much for taking care of the gals whilst we were away x

Sophie was an absolute star! My kitty Onyx not only isn’t very friendly with other people other than myself, it took my partner years to get on with her, onyx has heart disease and other health problems requiring medication which is mixed in food and disguised in treats, the previous night to my trip onyx had stopped eating and I took her to the emergency vet after we tried a few things to sort her out, I had to leave in the morning incredibly worried thinking I might have to come back straight away if onyx didn’t get better or didn’t eat another day, but thankfully she felt at ease with Sophie and started eating straight away and I got a video from it which gave me the biggest relief known to man. Sophie not only followed onyx medication instructions to the T but also made friends with onyx, she even got full strokes! That might seem not much for others but for my cat that’s so incredibly rare, I also got plenty of updates to keep my mind at ease. This rare onyx approval means that I won’t want any other cat sitter from now on 🥰 my kitty was relaxed and pretty chilled when we got home, I most certainly recommend Sophie and she’s a true cat whisperer that understands difficult cats and treats them on their terms.

After a week away I came home to two very happy cats. In the past one of them has been stressed by going to the cattery so this seems a happier option for them, which makes me feel happier. Sophie kept me updated on how they were doing so I could relax and enjoy my holiday. Great service.

Sophie was both friendly and professional, and very quick to respond to questions and messages. Our nervous and shy cat warmed up to her quickly while we were away, and seemed relaxed and happy when we got home. We'll definitely book Sophie again!

I have come home to two chilled out cats. I think they preferred staying home than the stress of going to the cattery. Sophie kept me updated on how they were doing and sent a photo too. Overall a good experience.

I can’t recommend Sophie enough! She sent me photos and updates while I was away and generally went above and beyond what I would have expected. One of my cats in particular can be quite fussy about people and he took to her straight away. Sophie is friendly and professional and I wouldn’t hesitate recommending her to look after your pets while you’re away. Thanks Sophie! 😁
