Five star all-rounder⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

As always Joy did an amazing job in looking after my two cats who were relaxed and happy on our return from holiday. The cats love her and I trust Joy in my home to care for my fur babies.

Joy is an absolute pleasure. She was brilliant with my two cats, one of which is nervous around people, and yet Joy sent videos of him cuddling up to her which was just lovely. Both cats were relaxed when we returned home and Joy was great in sending updates. She definitely has a connection with cats. I call her the Cat Whisperer!

2nd time Joy has taken care of Daisy and this time I had to request at short notice. Excellent service and communication with plenty of photo/video updates. And Daisy really likes Joy, which is such a relief to see. Top marks

Joy was brilliant. My cat, Daisy, warmed to her straight away. Joy was communicative - lots of video and photo updates each day, kind, respectful and all the other good things you hope when handing over your house key and cat’s welfare to someone. 100% recommend and will definitely call on again

It was such a relief to have Joy looking after my cat. She is a wonderful kind and gentle person. Joy sent loads of lovely photos and videos after every visit and I came home to a very relaxed kitty cat. She left me a lovely note for when I got home and returned my keys on time. We can not recommend Joy enough! She was really reliable, attentive and thoughtful. Every time she visited she sent videos, photos and updates. She fed, brushed and played with them, even playing relaxing cat music whilst they ate. Kendrick was instantly comfortable with her and following her around from her first visit. Our shy cat Bambi usually hides and doesn’t eat for days if we are away. But Joy was inviting and gentle, and so Bambi was eating by her second visit!

Joy is incredibly kind and trustworthy, and she even came by to give us a Xmas card! We will absolutely be requesting Joy any future times that we need a sitter! Thank you Joy xx

Joy was beyond impeccable. Not only she exceeded our expectations as a cat sitter, but she is also a wonderful human being. Since the first moment she showed attention to detail, professionalism and thoughtfulness. The sincerity of the love with which she was taking care of our beloved cat moved us, and she behaved with just as much kindness towards us. She clearly developed a sincere bond with our cat and she definitely knows how to treat our little furry friends. I had never been so relaxed while being away from him like knowing he was with Joy.
