I hold a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Animal Management and have over 10 years’ experience caring for cats, alongside hands-on experience looking after dogs, exotics and small furries for other owners.

I am City & Guilds qualified, public liability covered, fully insured for pet sitting and dog walking, and hold a full UK driving licence with my own transport.

My background includes working in a pet store, as an Animal Care Assistant, and providing independent dog walking and pet care. These roles involved daily feeding and watering, enrichment and play, maintaining cages and living areas to a high standard, carrying out regular basic health checks, and keeping accurate daily records for each animal.

I currently work as a cat sitter and pride myself on providing calm, reliable, and attentive care tailored to each pet’s individual needs.

Hi there, I’m Sophie, a pet carer based in Richmond since 2016!

Visits will take place during the daytime, this helps to break up the cats day and to provide them with food and company, as they would do if you were home. This includes feed, play, fuss and attention, cleaning of equipment/ cat bowls, providing fresh water, cleaning the litter, ensuring mail is brought inside, light/ curtain rotation, and watering of plants – if needed!
