This was the first time using this service so was a little apprehensive. Charlotte put me at ease instantly explaining how the service works and answering any questions that I had. Whilst on holiday Charlotte kept me updated with photos of our cats putting my mind at ease so we could fully enjoy being away. 5 ⭐️

We’re so glad we found Charlotte. This was our first time leaving our cats & tortoise in her care and from our first meeting with her we knew they’d be in safe hands. Charlotte’s warm, friendly & professional. While we were away she sent us daily updates & pictures which was really reassuring. We returned two content cats. Thank you!

Charlotte is amazing! After meeting her twice before the booking, I knew that she was reliable and trustworthy and my grumpy, anti-social cat took to her immediately. On my return it was obvious that she hadn't missed me much (if at all!) and was a happy cat! I highly recommend Charlotte and will definitely use her again.

Charlotte is an excellent cat sitter! Nyx our cat warmed up to her straight away! We felt calm all holiday knowing she was in capable hands, she also sent us updates and videos while we were away! Would defiantly recommend her services and will be looking to book with Charlotte again in future!

Charlotte does an excellent job of looking after my cat Frank!

Charlotte gave me daily updates and kept me informed. She put down extra water in the hot weather. Charlotte sent me photos of Frank when he was around, which was nice to receive!

Charlotte was fab with Luna, we came home to a happy and relaxed kitty. Kept in contact with pictures and videos, food and litter taken care of exactly how we asked - she was great and we will be booking her again!

Charlotte looked after Frank well, making sure he was well fed and sending photos when he was sighted! All good!

Charlotte was brilliant and sent us updates and pictures/videos of Mog whilst we were away. Everything clean and tidy when we got home and Mog very happy.

Charlotte was amazing! She was able to meet us before hand to make sure we were the right match, which we really appreciated. While we were away she would text us everyday with updates, photos and videos which was lovely to see. Our little cat got the greatest attention and really opened up to Charlotte. Charlotte was looking after our furry one for 2 weeks and we came back to a happy and relaxed cat. She communicated with us every day, sending updates and photos which was great. As soon as I met Charlotte I knew I would feel comfortable leaving my beloved Mog in her care. I was due to go away to meet my husband in Edinburgh who had just completed a month long solo trek when the week before my cat was attacked by a stray meaning she had a nasty wound requiring stitches. After being reassured by the vet that it would be okay to go I needed to find a catsitter as my elderly neighbour was no longer up to looking after her, especially as medications were required, and I didn't want to put her in a cattery. Charlotte administered all the meds needed and did an amazing job looking after her. She let us know after every visit how things were and sent pics/videos which made us feel much better! Thank you so much, Charlotte, we will definitely book you again :-)

Charlotte is wonderful! She was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. She was incredibly honest as we were a little confused if we had booked enough days and she pointed out that we had. She sent daily videos and brief messages and made sure Betsy was looked after. We highly recommend Charlotte!!! Thank you

We were super nervous to leave our cats and rabbits to go away as they're getting old, but Charlotte really put our minds at ease. She was wonderful, trustworthy, followed all our instructions and sent photos when she'd been. She didn't mind that we had a camera to make sure the timer on the cat flap was working and the cats hadn't gotten locked out, and a camera on the litter tray to check that the sick cat was going to the toilet regularly.

I cannot recommend her enough.

Charlotte sent us daily updates and pictures on how Guy and Orwell were. This really reassured us and Charlotte was really understanding about how anxieties. We returned home to a lovely clean house. First time using Charlotte, she couldn't have done more in the way of communication etc,she sent pictures & videos showing a very happy kitten. Definite peace of mind for us & would definitely use her again.

Our cat was clearly loving life as evidenced by the pictures Charlotte sent us whilst we were away. Communication was good and Charlotte came over prior to us leaving to meet our cat and check the arrangements.

Charlotte was awesome- she looked after Anakin so well, kept me informed and I came home to a clean flat and happy cat. She went above and beyond- I would give more than 5 stars if I could!! I definitely recommend Charlotte and will be using her next time we go away!

Charlotte was amazing! She made me feel at ease immediately as I was quite nervous to leave my cats for the first time. She communicated with me on all her visits and sent me pictures of the cats who were very happy with her as well. Overall, I had a very positive experience!
