Five stars isn't enough.Not only did Mirela do a wonderful job taking care of our cat, but she kept us updated every single day with lots of pictures and detailed updates. But from the initial contact, Mirela was kind, professional and attentive. It made our trip much more relaxing to know that the cat was happy.🙏🏼🙏🏼

We came back to a happy and relax cat and Mirella had even cleaned the empty cat food tins! She is reliable and we know we do not have anything to worry about when she is cat sitting for us.

Mirela was amazing, she took the time to meet us beforehand, got to know our cat and was polite and really reassuring the whole time. She clearly loves cats and knew how to look after them.

On the day, she updated us a few times and kept us in the loop with messages - and our cat was clearly very happy. We came home to a happy cat that was well looked after. We will be using Mirela again for sure!

Mirela was a peace of mind for us as owners, and an appreciated and affectionate play mate for our cat. Mirela clearly understands the psychology of cats extremely well as our cat, who hasn't known anyone else since we got her in lockdown, was won over by her in no time. Very reliable, sent comforting videos and photos of our cat at each feed, played with her, smoothed her, and even suggested leaving some gentle music for when she's alone. Happy cat, very happy owners!

Mirela was very friendly and polite. She sent us pictures of our cat when she came to visit and told us how he was doing, which was great because it was the first time that we were away from him and we were a bit worried, but everything went well.

She popped round prior to the booking dates to be shown round and meet the cats, her communication was fantastic and she turned up when she said she would. I’m so pleased we booked Mirela to look after Sebby while we were away. We loved the picture updates and he was certainly one happy kitten when we got home!
