Great communication from Portia and care given to my cat. Lovely to receive updates whilst away, also peace giving to see my cat so purry and relaxed considering she’s usually shy around new people. Thanks again Portia :)

Portia was fantastic. She sent us daily pictures of our cat and gave us an update about him. Her communication is brilliant! She’s a very caring person and I think our cat sensed this from the first meeting. We are very pleased with her service and extremely thankful for her help while we were away.

Would definitely recommend Portia for cat sitting. This was my first time using Cat in a Flat and Portia made the process very easy - she responded quickly to messages throughout the booking process and sent daily updates whilst we were away. Our cat Jeremy was perfectly content on our return :)

Portia looked after our cat Chickpea whilst we were away for a week, visiting twice a day. She replied quickly from enquiry and throughout the booking and sent us pictures of Chickpea throughout the week so that we could relax and enjoy our holiday. When we returned home Chickpea was very calm and happy, unlike other occasions when we have been away when she has seemed anxious, so I believe she was very well looked after and didn't miss us at all!
