Shannon took excellent care of our lad and sent lovely daily updates. He seems thoroughly looked after and sounds like they formed a great bond! She also went the extra mile watering some plants and even putting the bin out!

Shannon is such a lovely person to take care of our stray cats. Very thoughtful and works through any problems she finds. Like slugs in the feeder she put some copper tape around it to prevent this. Nothing is too much trouble and even with out asking she kindly wheeled our dustbins in. I cannot fault Shannon on any way. Completely trustworthy.
