Rachel was wonderful with my kitty. She visited her once a day, fed her, played with her, and sent me regular updates and photos. She also took care of some small tasks around the house, such as watering the plants and collecting the mail. She was friendly, communicative, and respectful of my home and my kitty's needs.

Rachel has become more than a sitter for us, we consider her a friend and a partner in our cat's care. Our cat is senior and has a terminal illness which has required a lot of care, attention, communication, and medications. Rachel is a pro with administering his medications and having her here with him gives us total peace of mind.

Rachel continues to be a fantastic cat sitter! She's always so thoughtful with communication and pictures each day that I'm away from Aria, and I always come home to a happy, healthy kitty with a clean litter box. Rachel has been sitting for Aria for a year and a half now and it's such a major stress relief to know that Aria is well taken care of when I am away. :)

Rachel was brilliant. I felt very happy leaving Charlie with her as she clearly seemed to care about him as much as I do. The photos and videos were a delight. I will certainly be asking Rachel to look after Charlie again.

Rachel kept me updated with lots of videos of Amelie. The arrangement worked well which made my holiday more enjoyable in the knowledge that Amelie was getting her daily cuddles.

Rachel stayed over for 2 nights to look after Lucille and once again she did an amazing job. Plenty of photos and videos sent, and her communication is excellent... including in the lead up to getting keys, info etc. Lucille also loves having her around and is very comfortable around Rachel. Our cat and we adore Rachel! Rachel is a true cat lover, and she was so warm and gentle with our kitty from their first meeting. She is also attentive to detail, and when we met, she took the time to understand all the particulars about the cat’s habits, how we feed the cat, how we handle the litter, what to do in various situations like finding vomit, etc. She is completely reliable as well. She made sure backup plans were in place, and she communicated daily so I didn’t have to wonder how things were going. In addition, not only did Rachel look after the cat, but also she looked after our home, making sure things “looked right” inside and out, always securing the door properly, and taking in the post. We look forward to having Rachel back again when we go on our next trip, and would recommend her to any cat owner!

My experience could not have been better. Being a new cat owner I was nervous going away, but I needn't have worried.
