Emily is an absolutely fantastic cat sitter for my cat, Kitty, while I was away on holiday for four days. She visited twice a day, ensuring Kitty was well-fed and had plenty of water. I really appreciated the regular updates and photos I received after every visit. It gave me such peace of mind knowing Kitty was happy and well-cared for.

Took great care of our precious cat boy while we were away. Great communication and very thoughtful. I would definitely be pleased to book Emily again without hesitation. Thank you !

Emily did an absolutely fabulous job looking after my cat The twice daily photos clearly showed that Mitzy was very happy and comfortable with Emily. I came home to one very well groomed, happy pussycat who had been spoilt rotten with strokes and cuddles. From start to finish Emily has been highly professional and trustworthy making me feel that my home and cat were in very safe hands. I didn't want to write this review but I have to, as I realised what happened to me was not an exception. I explained everything to Emily in details, I also wrote everything again on a note, plus she could have contacted me anytime via text. Besides this, she rarely texted me to tell me how it was going, she fed my cat with the wrong food besides me stressing that she really needed hypoallergenic food for health reasons, I don't think she filled both bowls of water, she was not able to clean the litter box, she just removed poo but she left it wet and smelly, never added more litter, so that my cat for the first and only time peed outside the box. My cat was also very distressed when I got back, she misses me everytime but she hasn't behaved that badly with other catsitters. Apart from her total lack of care for the cat, she also arrived several hours late when she had to return my keys... she's been unreliable and she is not fit at all to take care of cats. I really wanted to give her a chance and told her all this verbally, but when I read another bad review I realised I did the wrong thing for the sake of other cats. I don't think she should take care of any cat, whether indoor or outdoor. Not sure how she could possible have had a catsitting company in US if she doesn't even know how to change the litter.

Emily was great. My cats are usually very shy and doesn't easily interact with other people but they liked Emily. She was also sending us photo regularly via Whatsapp. Thank you so much Emily.

We had the worst experience using this catsitter.We let her know we have a camera in the house to see what our cat is doing while we are away.I simply believe Emily does not like cats,as A person liking cats would know that as soon as you visit the cat,you would feed it then relax on the couch.I found myself begging her to give the cat food first,and a very stressed cat hidden under the bed for hours after she left.Not sure what was so stresful about her presence,but she even told us that the poor cat was growling at her from under the bed:(I had a horrible time on holiday stressing about the frightened cat.I believe Emily is good for cats that are outdoorsy and just need some food topped up.But if you have a shy,indoor cat,that needs a bit of afection (or a food bowl cleaned),this is not a good choice.We have now found a catsitter who trully loves cats and we want to forget about the past experience with Emily
