Loving cat sitter Woodley & beyond...
Hi, I'm Martina and for all of my 40 odd years I have been owned by & loved cats,I currently am allowed to share the home of Pimboli & Liebling.
I think its important that cats can stay in their homes whilst their servants have a break,as this will cause less stress. I am willing to fit in with their routine as best as possible(please see times further down page), and make sure they have cuddles & playtime.
I like to try and make my visits around 40 minutes. In that's time I will clean dishes & eating area and leave fresh food, water/milk, give treats, have been known to teach a few tricks for treats ;) . Change and clean any litter boxes, and of course spend time with the cats, sometimes the visits end up being longer. My morning visits will be before 7am on work days and around 8am on non working days and the afternoon visit can be anytime between 3pm-10pm to suit, on non working days I can be more flexible. I will be able to inform you when booking what will be non working days. I can do over night stays,but please remember I do have to go to work in the daytime.
I will keep you updated on how your fur babies are whilst your away, i can send photos & messages if you so wish, via this webpage, whatsup, facebook ,email or I do have an Instagram page for cat sitting photos where you will also find photos of my two as well and I can do messages only by text(no one wants the photo charges for texts). I can as well water any plants(for someone without a garden im getting good at watering them,do draw the line at cutting grass though never say never! ;) ), pick up post/papers, switch on lights etc
In the past I have had to give tablets/medication to my cat and also one of my regular fur babies so know its not an easy task at times,but I can do it.
I am not currently DBS checked but have been working for Royal Mail for last 30yrs. I drive so can cover most areas of Reading,esp RG5,RG4,RG6,RG2,RG1 and can do two visits a day if needed in these areas. Other postcode areas can be covered but because of work can only be one visit a day in those areas after 3pm,and may include a surcharge for extra petrol costs.
Please note I do not charge peak time fees,except though I will charge an extra £5 per visit on Christmas & Boxing Day.
If you have any questions please feel free to message and ask me, I know how stressful it can be not only leaving your babies but your home with a stranger! With that I must also add I have no problem what so ever with homes that have cameras.
If it shows I'm not available please message me as I have blocked out certain dates before and after holidays,or when I have something booked so I may still be able to cat sit just not at usual times.
I think most has already been said...But i'd like you all to be able to go on holiday relaxed knowing everything is in safe hands!
