It was our first time having Jo look after our cat, Cassie. Jo communicated really well throughout the period and Cassie took to Jo on their first meeting. Jo sent photos and they clearly bonded. The house was in good order on our return. We will definitely ask Jo again; she is obviously a cat lover and a pleasure to know.
