Ella took care of our little Socks while we were away for Christmas. We were a bit nervous as he is a rescue cat and it was his first time alone but we found a happy cat when we returned home :) she sent us daily updates and photos and all the communication was easy. Ella was great. She took time to meet Dolly and made sure she knew about her routine and usual vets etc in case of any problems. She sent lots of updates and pics while I was away and I returned to a very chilled cat. We'll definitely be booking again :)

I recently called Ella to take care of my kitten while I was away for Christmas. She replied positively immediately and I am thankful for that. I would recommend Ella's service to everyone, she sent daily pictures, she is really concerned and really loves cat! I would definitely call her back in the near future!

I cannot recommend Ella enough. I have an elderly and extremely ill old cat (hyperthyroidism and intestinal cancer) who I obviously don't feel comfortable about leaving. (However, he's a magical being who is defying vetinary science and refusing to die so needs occasionally must.) I chose Ella because she lives close by and works for an animal shelter so I knew she'd be comfortable medicating him and would know how to care for more fragile animals. Boy did I choose well!

Aside from the fact that she's an incredibly sweet, considerate, thoughtful, trustworthy and reliable person, she was also incredibly flexible in caring for him. My cat has a lot of requirements because of his illnesses and she was happy to do them all.

I got detailed texts after every visit and daily photographs to let me see how he was doing. It really set my mind at ease knowing that Ella was caring for him. I'd definitely use her again and recommend that you do too.

Ella walks my dog Bear, I know that Bear just adores Ella and to me that is the most important thing. From a human point of view Ella is always so kind and flexible, very keen to help whenever she can and so reliable.

I trust Ella 100% to go into my house which she has been doing for around the last year and a half. She always settles Bear when they come back from walks and I have always felt comfortable with knowing that he is totally safe and sound and most of all filled with love and lots of cuddles.

Ella looks after Bear and any animal I'm sure because she cares so much for them. Monetary value is seems so secondary to this and that is very rare to find.

I really would recommend Ella for any job and she always wants the best for our furry friends.

My 3 rescue dogs can be a troublesome lot, and I've had a few different walkers in the past .. do glad to have found Ella. The dogs love her, she is reliable , trustworthy and energetic - a real animal lover. Would recommend to anyone.
