Fran was wonderful and I came home to a very happy cat!

Grab looked after our Hemmie over the Christmas break. She gave her treats and sent us videos to keep up updated.

Her easy-going nature made everything a breeze, and my cat Merlin couldn't have been comfier. She kept him well-fed and entertained, even managing to coax him into some brushing! The icing on the cake was her updates – frequent texts and adorable pics.

It was great having Fran look after our cats. She was completely reliable and we had very good communication with her, including pictures of our cats while we were away. Our cats seemed to be very comfortable and happy with her even though they are not the most confident. Would definitely recommend Fran!

We were a little bit nervous about leaving our boy Louis alone at night for the first time. But Fran made it all so seamless. She gave him lots of love and treats and made sure he was happy and calm. She sent us plenty of updates as well, putting our minds at ease. We’ll definitely make sure we get in touch again the next time we go away, Louis will be thrilled to see her again too!

Fran was great with our two cats, giving detailed daily updates with photos. It's clear she adores animals and we came back to two very chilled and happy cats! I was able to relax knowing they were in good hands, particularly as one of our cats needs daily meds, and the other is a semi stray who lives outside. I wouldn't hesitate to use Fran again.
