Amazing choice for us. Victoria came to collect keys and asked all the right questions, updated us daily and took care of everything for our cat - very proactive. It meant that we could switch off and enjoy our break.

Victoria was amazing, one of our cat had gotten hurt just before we left, and we were really stressed, but she reassured us every step of the way. She kept us updated daily, spent lots of time with the cats, and we felt totally at ease knowing they were in such caring hands. We came home to two very happy and relaxed cats ☺️
