Jacob has looked after my cats a number of times, and has always been great about giving updates (including pictures and videos), letting me know when he's arrived and left - always feel like he's given them some attention and affection and goes above and beyond. Very trustworthy and would recommend.

Jacob has been absolutely amazing, it was far beyond what we could have expected. Our cat is very difficult, rare are the people that agree to look after her. Jacob is a very lovely person who loves cats and is great with them, our 9 month old kitten Tubbs clearly thought so too. He sent lots of updates and videos when he visited her during our week abroad though admittedly time keeping was an issue with half the morning visits taking place after 2pm and due to a prompt from us.

While away on holiday, Jacob watched our 2 cats and did spectacular! Our cats require some feeding adaptations and special care and he definitely managed that over the weekend. Jacob is an amazing cat sitter. He’s reliable, communicative and absolutely love cats. He took good care of our kitten Nina while we were away, playing with her and giving her lots of cuddles. Once again we asked Jacob to help us take care of the cats while we're away. This time for two and a half weeks, but they had all the care they needed: feeding, playtime and above all keeping them company. If you want a cat lover to take care of yours, Jacob is your man!

Jacob met us before + our cat was very comfy. He sent lots of pics/vids which is great! Some issues: We asked for the autofeeder to be set on the last night which wasn't done. Left clear info to give 35g per feed but she was fed 70g for each meal. From past reviews this may be a blip + Jacob was truly upset at the mistake, but we have to be honest.

Jacob is our go-to cat sitter every time we're away. He keeps our two cats well fed and their litter tray clean, and most importantly he keeps them company and plays with them and gives them all the cuddles they need. We always come back home to happy cats!

Jacob was excellent taking care of our two cats. He communicated with us throughout every visit with pics and videos. He socialised with the cats extensively and learnt their distinct personalities. He made them so comfortable that although one of the cats never sits on a stranger's lap, she was on his on the third day. A resounding success!

Jacob was truly phenomenal. This was our first time using a sitter for Nema over the holiday break and we were understandably nervous about it. However, Jacob was everything we could have hoped for. He was communicative, helpful, reliable, organised, and clearly loves cats. He sent pictures and videos daily and even helped out doing a key drop-off for us while we were out. We will absolutely be using him again in the future.

Jacob was amazing! This was our first time trusting Birdy with a stranger and he put us at ease straightaway. He sent us lots of photos and videos and we really appreciated knowing she was in safe hands. He even came round to meet Birdy beforehand and went out of his way to check that her automatic feeder worked in the morning.

Jacob did a great job with my kitten Susie. She's not used to other people but he put in extra time before I went away to make sure we were both comfortable. By the end of the week she was playing and getting strokes! He did a great job and I would definitely call on him again. Thanks Jacob!

Jacob was great with our two cats. He sent us pictures twice a day when he was in our house. He was also very quick to reply texts. I definitely recommend Jacob and hopefully we will use his services again when life goes back to normal and we are able to travel again.

Jacob is a real cat lover and takes his job seriously. He looked after my 10-year old cat - who's not very friendly and spends most of his time outdoor- brilliantly, always making sure of his whereabouts and wellbeing.
