Cat sitter in London

Thank you so much to Katherine and Max who took fantastic care of my old cat and sent pictures to me at each visit. They came to meet us beforehand and were so friendly and kind, exactly who you would want looking after your cat :)

Unfortunately we came home to two skittish cats, and Effie our oldest had lost a lot of weight. The litter trays did not appear to have been changed although Max said it was done every day. Sadly we feel the same as the poster below and would not use again. A shame as we usually return to happy relaxed cats when we use other cat sitters.

Not great. One of my cats was trapped in a bedroom for a day. (She was not in the bedroom when I left). From the photos, both cats appeared to be scared to come into the flat when Max was there. One is very friendly with all my other sitters so something wasn’t right. I won’t be using them again sadly.

Max looked after our boy over the Christmas period. He was great and followed all our introductions as well as sending us daily pics and updates. Would definitely recommend :)

Max and Katherine were really prompt at responding and fitted us in over a very busy time of year. We really appreciated the daily updates with photos which gave us peace of mind whilst away. They were also very accommodating and allowed me to change my dates at the last minute due to childcare. Would definitely be happy to use them again! Safi was friendly with Max even though she takes a few days to warm up to people :)

Friendly sitter. Lots of great detailed updates on our cat. The only minor issue was that the litter tray was overdue for a change when we returned. Otherwise all good.

Max and Katherine were great! Very reliable, always kept us up to date with pictures and really reassuring! They even watered some of our plants for us!

This is the second time we've used Katherine and Max to look after our boys. They were great again, sharing photos, giving updates, feeding, watering, and tidying the cat litter.

Max and Katherine were absolutely wonderful! Really took the time to care for Brucie and make sure he was ok, sending us lovely pictures everyday.

This is the second time Max looked after our 2 cats Ru & Bunny. He did an excellent job keeping us updated everyday and looking after them. I would highly recommend Max & Katherine.

Max has been wonderful with our kitties. He has followed their food routine, sent us daily updates and gave them some love while we were away. I highly recommend him and I will definitely book again.

Katherine and Max were both super friendly when I met them to hand over the keys and turn through Donna's feeding etc.

They sent lots of nice pictures and were very communicative over the 2 days they came which made us very happy.

Katherine looked after our kitten while we were away over the Christmas period, and it was such a joy to come back to such a happy little cat. She gave us daily updates on how he was doing. It was so reassuring to know that our little cat was under safe hands.
