Jennifer was great. Kept us informed as to what was happening with Smudge, sent us photos and followed our instructions to the letter. Smudge was a bit upset as we hadn't been away for a while but Jennifer looked after her well and we were very pleased, Smudge was happy and relaxed again once we came home. This is not my first review as I've used Jen on numerous occasions now- but she continues to be 'simply the best' in the way she cares for Leona whilst I'm on holiday - keeping in constant touch and sending photos, which always puts your mind at rest. Leona takes a while to come out of her shell but she's certainly formed an attachment to Jen - I think they just know when they have a good person!!!

Jennifer was purrfect - very lovely woman. Our family felt extremely confident and happy to leave her to look after our cat whilst we were away. Thanks Jen - look forward to seeing you again soon.

This is the second time that Jen has looked after my fluffernutter, Leona. She lives in for the duration we are on holiday. Leona certainly remembered her from last year and appeared very relaxed with her from the very start. She's quite a skittish little fluffball so it was lovely to see her so calm and settled. Jen certainly has a way with cats. She kept in touch by text and sent updates and photos every day so I had a fab time on holiday knowing that all was well at home. I have found a great cat sitter and will have no hesitation in booking her again in the future.

Jen is great - always book her if she’s free - she gives medication to my female and puts up with my male cat constantly bringing her presents - dead and alive - he adores her. Highly recommended.

This was the first time I've used Cat in a Flat and Jen was great - she asked all the right questions when we first met, which showed she cared and knew what she was doing, and seemed to make a real effort with my two cats. They were in great shape when I returned from holiday.

Jen looked after my boys again and I was so happy to see - from the photos she sent me each day - how they were happy with her and trusted her. One of my cats had a sore on his nose (from being attacked by another cat a few days before I went away) and Jen kept an eye on it and kept me updated as to how it was looking. Jen came over before we went away to get all the information she needed and then came every day we had booked her at the time she had said. She was great in letting us know when she arrived at the flat and sent us loads of pics (she really should be a cat photographer because she got some great ones!) and stayed playing with our cat and updating what our cat was doing. Couldn’t recommend Jen enough and we’ll definitely be booking her in the future.

Jennifer was a super cat sitter! Being a cat sitter myself, I know what to look out for and Jennifer was very professional from the get-go. I was happy to leave my beloved moggies in her care and I came home to cats who were exactly the same as I left them - a sure sign, in my book, of contendedness!

Communication was great, and when we left on our trip, it was secure in the knowledge that Jen had really taken the time to finalise details with us and learn everything about Miko's usual routine. Jen looked after Leona for a week and was amazing from start to finish. She came to see us a couple of times beforehand and whist away kept me updated every single day with texts and photos. I was a bit worried initially as Leona is very timid and a bit of a 'piner', but by the third day she was jumping on the bed and meowing for attention whilst poor Jen was trying to sleep - I should say she is a Maine Coon and weighs about a stone!!! She definitely has a way with cats and is very caring and attentive to their needs. I would recommend her in an instant and would definitely ask her to sit for Leona on our next holiday.

Second time I've used Jen - trustworthy and great attitude - the first time Jen looked after them even dealing with my big male cat bringing in an unwanted guest in the early hours which would have terrified me, but Jen took it all in her stride. Highly recommended.

Jennifer was absolutely amazing! Our cat, Puddy, is an old lady and is in end-stage kidney failure, so we were really worried about leaving her for two weeks. However, Jennifer did such an amazing job looking after her, we came back to a very happy and relaxed kitty. We got updates twice a day (including cute photos of Puddy!) which really put ours minds at ease. Jennifer also made sure Puddy had all her medicine and very kindly took her to the Vet once a week which was a real load off our minds. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jennifer to anyone looking for a kind & reliable cat sitter - she's brilliant! :-)

I was very nervous about leaving my 6-month old spoiled rotten kitten alone for a week for the first time. I needn't have worried! Jennifer is clearly a person who loves cats, she took lots of time to play with him on every visit which was much appreciated as he is a very playful little guy who loves people! I got lots of detailed updates and pictures of how much fun he was having throughout my trip and came home to a happy cat! Thanks again, would not hesitate to rebook.

Would definitely recommend Jennifer following the care she gave to my cat Harry. Jennifer was able to accommodate my booking at short notice. She came to meet Harry prior to me leaving to leaving. On my return, I have never seen my cat so relaxed. I got the usual 'telling off' for leaving him but I could see he had been well cared for in my absence. He was so relaxed whereas before with other sitters he's been very agitated and unsettled. Not this time 5/5 rating.

I needed someone to come feed Daisy for a few days prior to Christmas and the arrangements were quite last minute. Jennifer was able to accommodate me and Daisy had the best of care and did quite well! She was very friendly and easy to communicate with and coordinate with and that’s something that is very much appreciated in a cat sitter. I would not hesitate to book with Jennifer again and would highly recommend her :)

My husband and I recently got a gorgeous couple of kittens that are now over 4 months old, but already had a week's holiday pre-booked. Jennifer was very friendly and came prepared; she seemed to connect straight away with my kitties and they loved her! Since they are only young I was wary about leaving them but Jennifer did an excellent job and took extra time to play with them and keep them company! When we arrived back home, it was almost like we never even left. They must have had a good time with Jennifer and been looked after very well, as they were healthy and happy. Overall, Jennifer is a friendly and very trustworthy person to know. I can guarantee your cats or kittens will be left in safe, adoring hands!
