I am very happy with the service that suzanne provided. My cat's are very skittish but Suzanne's patience and understanding of cat behaviour meant that, despite their sass during my absence, they were in perfect physical and mental health when I returned. I also received daily updates that put me at ease as I was nervous to leave them.

Suzanne couldn't have better. She made friends with my timid cats and really cared for them.

All seems to have gone really well :-) Sue was kind enough to meet us before we went away, to meet Lunar and familiarise herself with the routine. We had some lovely updates while we were away, and most importantly came home to a happy and settled cat.

We booked 2 visits, for two days for our cat Horace. Suzanne responded to my messages quickly and came to our house to pick up keys and meet Horace prior to the visits. She kept a me updated with lots of photos and videos and I returned to a happy and relaxed cat! Thank you so much Suzanne for looking after Horace!

As usual Suzanne was superb! She kept in contact twice daily for the full 2 weeks, sending photo's and describing how the cats were reacting and their mood. This is wonderfully reassuring, as both the cats and myself are elderly! I will be using Suzanne whenever I go away. Margaret Dennis

Suzanne looked after Harrri and Toppers extremely well over Christmas despite their naughtiness! Suzanne acted with utmost professionalism and 2 happy cats were there to greet me when I got home after 6 says away.

Suzanne was a wonderful cat sitter. When possible she sent photographs and reported on the cats eating and mood. I will be very happy to have her looking after them any time.

Suzanne looked after my cats wonderfully. She kept in touch before, during and after, and my boys were as relaxed and happy as nervous boys on a full moon can be! It is great to be able to go away and know that Suzanne is holding the fort.

Sue was an absolute star. She communicated very well before and during my booking. She spent a lot of time with my cats and she really knew what she was doing in terms of making them comfortable with her. Suzanne looked after my cats for a few days over Christmas. I couldn't be more pleased with how much she cared about them, not only feeding them every day but spending time to get to know them (one is terribly shy and often doesn't put in an appearance, but he did for Suzanne). When I got back there was none of that sulky cat stuff, life just went on as usual; it was obvious they were very comfortable with Suzanne. I would always ask for her again and cannot recommend her highly enough. Thank you so much Suzanne, great job!
