Francesca is fantastic! We love using her and Minnie enjoys her visits too. We get regular updates and check ins. This was our longest trip away without the cat so knowing she was being looked after was a big relief. We will definitely be trying to book her again for our next trip!

This is our second time booking Francesca and we couldn’t recommend her higher. She communicates well and sends photo updates. This was a full weeks booking whilst we were on holiday and we were anxious about leaving our cat Minnie for so long. All our doubts were dealt with as our cat gets all the love and attention she would normally have. We will definitely be booking her whenever we need a sitter again!

Francesca was fantastic with Minnie! From our meeting to whilst we were away she kept in regular contact and made us feel so at ease as we hadn’t used the series before. We had photos and updates on each visit and you can definitely how much she enjoys the job and clearly loves cats. We wouldn’t hesitate to use her again in the future!

Francesca has been the best! Five stars don' t even do her justice. She spent extensive time with my cat and even worked from my place during the week. She went above and beyond. Francesca catsat Poe for quite a while while I was out of the country. She was great, always sent updates and took care of him as if he were her own cat, giving me some peace of mind in a stressful situation. I will definitely contact her again in the future!

I have had a fantastic experience using Francesca. My young kitten is very demanding for attention and is very playful but we came home to a happy and relaxed cat which is very reassuring. Francesca made sure to meet him beforehand so that he was already familiar with her and she was able to put me (an owner anxious about leaving her cat for the first time) at ease. It is clear how much Francesca loves cats. I would definitely use Francesca again and would recommend to any one who loves their cat!

Francesca looked after my Amelie for 2 weeks, while I was out of the country on holiday. She came twice a day and sent me e-mails (my preferred means of contact) after each visit, with detailed updates and photos of the cat. It really made me feel more relaxed about having left my cat on her own for 2 weeks. When we came back, Amelie was well, content and healthy, showed no separation anxiety, and had not put on weight. Moreover, the flat was clean and the plants watered. Quite a contrast to a prior bad experience we had with other cat-sitters.

Francesca loves cats and knows what to do. She genuinely cares about them. She made sure she played with Amelie daily and was sensitive to her needs. The first time that she came to meet me and the cat, she spent over an hour, interacting with the cat and getting to know her and her habits. She was very meticulous with requesting vet details and getting all the necessary information about what to do in case the cat got ill while we were away.

Francesca is very reliable and trustworthy. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone who needs a good cat-sitter, and I would certainly ask her to cat-sit Amelie again.

Very simply, my cats Pushkin and Byron and I could not have a better cat-sitter than Francesca. She looked after them as if they were her own pets, and they absolutely loved her. She kept me well posted by email every morning and evening when she visited the house and sent lots of photos. It was very obvious from the first introductory meeting that she loves cats and has experience with them, and my two boys were immediately comfortable with her. She was generous with her time and attention, and rock-solid reliable and trustworthy. I felt completely at ease during my absence that she would do the right thing by the cats at all times, and this let me enjoy my holiday even more! Francesca is a gem and I will undoubtedly ask her to cat-sit for me time and time again.
