Friendly cat lover ready to catsit

Katya was a great cat sitter. Super reliable, sent us lots of pics and messages and even went around to check on the house when we had a mini emergency. The house was clean and tidy and the cats were clearly well looked after whilst we were away.

It was very easy to book Katya as she replied straight away and we communicate well after that. Katya was lovely sitter, reliable and friendly. She was updating me with some information and the pictures on daily basis. Katya brushed my cat as well and watered my plants on request. My cat was happy and in well condition when I got back home. I would definitely recommend Katya as a great cat sitter.

Amazing amazing catsitter… I strongly recommend her! Yakila loved her at first sight (which is unusual of her.. very reserved with strangers). Katya has been very flexible with visits schedule and sent me regular updates and photo. This time I enjoyed my break much more knowing that Yakila was well looked after. I found her very relaxed on my return… which is priceless! Thanks a lot Katya

Unfortunately it wasn't the experience we'd hoped for with Katya. She seemed kind, accommodating, and I believe had good intentions, but unfortunately wasn't responsive or able to make the agreed time to feed our 2 cats on the day (or communicate this prior/at the time) - we had to contact a neighbour who luckily had a key as we couldn't get through which was stressful and disappointing, and our cats were fed 1.5-2 hours late, and had no play/attention whilst we were out for a long time. She was very apologetic after, explained the reason when asked and offered a refund, hence the 2 stars. --- Cat sitter's response: --- As mentioned, I missed the precise agreed feeding time and this was due to a health issue that left me in pain for some hours so unfortunately was not able to update the owner promptly. I apologised, explained the situation, returned the keys to the neighbours and returned the money in full. I want to highlight that I take pet sitting seriously, and my health issue does not normally stop my sitting duties. If on the off chance it does, I will do better to be more communicative about it in the future.

This was our second time booking Katya and she was great with looking after Amy on short notice, super flexible with our schedules, and always reliable!

Katya did a wonderful job of looking after Tinky while we were away. She clearly adores cats, in fact Tinky took to her straight away, which she doesn't usually do with new faces. I received regular updates and photos, and when we arrived home Tinky was very chilled and happy which was a huge relief. Katya even watered our plants! I'd have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending her as a reliable, trustworthy and lovely cat sitter.
