We have been so happy to meet Lindsay via Cat in a Flat. Lindsay has looked after our cat Obi, several times now and so this review is way overdue. We have previously had some bad experiences using catteries as Obi is an indoor cat with FIV so whilst he doesn't have any specific medical needs, he gets unsettled and is more prone to picking up illnesses, Lindsay has helped us avoid all of that upset as Obi is settled all the time, enjoying his own environment when we're away. On top of that Lindsay really does go the extra mile, sending lovely photos to us at each visit so we know how he's doing. She doesn't just dump food and run, she really spends time making a fuss of Obi and playing with him (if he's in the mood! cats huh!!). Lindsay has allowed us to have relaxing breaks away, all the time knowing that our precious boy is being really well cared for and for that I'm so grateful and would highly recommend Lindsay if you're looking for someone that really really cares!

Lindsay was a god-send ! Came at the last minute and took excellent care of Barbara while we were away. Lots of photos, new toys, coaxed her out onto her catio... it really changed our experience being away knowing Barbara was in good hands. Looking forward to working with Lindsay again. Lindsay looked after our elderly cat very well, sent lots of pictures and even got her interested in playing with a feather stick toy which she gave her as a present at the end of the booking.

Yes, Lindsay came round to meet us before the booking, sent lots of pictures and messages and got Jodi playing with feathers on a stick, which was lovely to see. When we got home Jodi was in a deep sleep!

Lindsay is by far the best sitter I have ever had! She is very professional and helpful. She played a lot with my kitty and brought her new toys (laser...). My cat had a great time and misses her now... She also sent me gorgeous pictures every single day. I highly recommend her!

Lindsay really went above and beyond to make sure that our boy Obi, was happy. When we met before our trip, Lindsay took the time to ask lots of questions and understand what Obi liked and what routine he had, during our trip she sent us photos and videos and we honestly couldn't be more happy with how Obi was when we got home. He was calm and happy, unlike with previous stays in catteries. We have already booked in with Lindsay for our next trip away! Thankyou Lindsay, so so much!

Lindsay took great care of our cat whilst we were away, and kept us up to date with dozens of photos and videos over the course of our holiday. We got back to find our cat happy and well groomed and will definitely book Lindsay’s services in the future!

For a first experience with a catsitter, Lindsay was someone I feel I can trust from the start. She answer pretty quickly to message, she is quite flexible with the visiting time and she keep you in touch during your holidays. When I came back home, the cat didn't even bother to welcome me as proof he was ok without me.

I am often away for work and family reason and Lindsay is wonderful with my two cats. She keeps them well looked after and gives them pleny of love and cuddles. I could not recommend her enough! a real star!!!

Lindsay did a phenomenal job with our cats - I would give her six stars if I could! She was very flexible and easy to work with, and really took time to hang with our cats each day. She also sent the most incredible pictures! It was very reassuring to see that our cats were happy and to hear what they were up to in Lindsay's daily texts. She was also very patient with our shy cat, making sure that her food was put in a place she felt safe and encouraging her to come out from under the bed and play. I cannot recommend Lindsay enough!

Lindsay has taken care of my cat many times. She has also taken care of my children, who love her. I trust her implicitly with both and she has given my cat as much love and attention as my children. She is reliable, organized, prompt and trustworthy. She truly loves animals, especially cats and will go above and beyond. I recommend her without reservation.

Lindsay is a brilliant animal-centred person. I have over 15 cats and 3 dogs; she has always been brilliant around them all.

I would not hesitate to recommend her to look after any person’s cat and believe me I am rather choosy around my animals. I have no qualms in leaving her in my home with my animals at any time. She is completely trustworthy and loves cats. Highly recommended!
