About Me

Cat sitting in Buckden and surrounding areas.

I have had cats for nearly 18 years. I currently have one ridiculously affectionate black cat called Mack, who I rescued as a kitten. Mack is an old boy, but likes to think he's still a kitten. He's quite demanding and can usually be found climbing on my head or shoulders, with the aim of licking my nose. He has FARS, Hyperthyroidism and high blood pressure, so I am very experienced with giving medication via syringe and in tablet form.

I love all animals but have a special affinity with cats. I am an actress and singer so I work mainly at night, which gives me plenty of time during the day to spend with your cats. I will play with them and give them plenty of love, in addition to seeing to their more practical needs. If your cats like to wander outside I'll happily hang around until they come back.

I can also look after small animals and birds if required.

    First time we have used a company to feed our cat. Julie visited before we went away, completely natural with our very old, blind and hard of hearing 18 year old Alfie! Sent us updates with photos. Would certainly recommend and have already booked Julie for a break we are having this summer.

    I would thoroughly recommend Julie to anyone who needs a cat sitter. When I first contacted her, she replied promptly and arranged to come and get to know my cat and his needs before I went away. She sent daily photos and updates of my cat enjoying cuddles and chin tickles. I could relax knowing that my cat was being well looked after.

    Julie was a great day sitter, she took the time to organise coming to meet us and Spectrum in advance so we knew everything would be okay when we were away.

    Whilst we were gone Julie sent us pictures and videos of Spectrum which really helped us feel better about Spectrum being on her own.

    So couldn't have asked for any more really, very pleased with the cat sitting!
