Tracey was as always reliable and I came home to a very happy cat!

Tracey has been a treasure for us. She has helped us taking care of my rescued cat and his kitten while away. She has been fabulous not just feeding them, but also ensuring they felt loved spending time with them. Also, she went extra mile by training the kitten when needed. Constantly keeping us informed. I couldn’t recommend more Tracey.

Tracey was so reliable , easy to communicate with & sent a wonderful daily video of my cat !

Tracey provided my cats a full care and really treated them like her family. So I didn’t have to worry about anything during my vacation for 1 full month. I would ask her again when there is an occasion near future.

Tracey was reliable and brilliant at keeping me updated with detailed descriptions and lots of photos. She made a big effort to get to know my cat and try ways to get her to eat (as she is v fussy) and played with her favourite toys. My cat was very relaxed when I got home and had clearly loved spending time with her new friend!
