Is the third time Pauline cat sitter for me and I must say that travelling is only possible because I know she is with them, she truly care for my cats and make my heart in peace while travelling, 1000% recomend her.

Pauline was reliable and kept us posted daily after each visit. The rescue cats were nervous and did not engage with her but she continued to try.

When we returned the house was as we left it and the cats toys stacked up how they like them.

Pauline is amazing and very caring. Even after we told her it was ok to skip the evening visit when storm Eunice was hitting the country, she still visited that night to ensure Whiskey was ok and not too scared with the storm. She took time to play with Whiskey to ensure she got alot of attention during the visit, Pauline would also send us videos and photos daily to make sure we know Whiskey was happy and being cared for.

Pauline is now one of George's favourite people and he enjoys being looked after by her. I can see he is happy pottering at home while I am away. Pauline sends me a video / photo update every day. Last weekend was very busy and a bit stressful as it was an activity test- seeing a video of George before I went to 'sleep' in my tent really cheered me up! The cat-care areas are always left clean and tidy. Pauline makes time to play with, cuddle and reassure George. When I return George is always happy to see me and his disposition is much better than when we used the cattery once.

We asked Pauline to come and look after Big Suze again and I can't tell you the relief I feel knowing she's popping in everyday. We get videos/ photos every day which puts my mind at rest, and I can see how at ease/ happy she is. We used the last bit of cat litter just before we went away, and Pauline was kind enough to use her own cats litter to top up, which meant she took litter with her all the way on the bus just for little Big Suze! I couldn't recommend Pauline more highly. She came to our flat the week before we were going away to meet Big Suze and get a bit of a briefing which was great. Big Suze is a fairly new cat and I was a bit worried about being away for a week. Pauline sent us videos everyday, and even video called me on one day so that I could say hello! I needn't have worried as she was in very safe hands and seemed really well cared for when we got home. We'll definitely be asking Pauline to look after her again when we go away!

Pauline looked after Trilli during the xmas holidays. She came round before I actually left to meet me and my cat and picking up the house keys. She sent me daily updates and now that I am back I can tell she has been properly looked after while I was away. Pauline was fantastic. She was able to come at very short notice and met me and Willow before I went away (the same day). She looked after Willow with care and attention. Willow was very happy when I came home and didn't even do her usual hiding in the garden from me!
