We cannot recommend Kim highly enough. She is totally reliable and did everything we asked of her. She got to know Bobby at his pace which is exactly what we wanted as he is very wary of strangers. She always cleans up any spilt litter, takes away rubbish and leaves the house tidy. We feel very confident in leaving Bobby in her care.

As always, Kim was reliable when looking after Goldie for me while I went on holiday for 10 days, and kindly accommodated a last minute change to the number of visits and therefore her time. Goldie is happy in Kim's company and clearly enjoys sitting with her for strokes and the company. I will use Kim again for sure!

Kim is always reliable and sends updates and photos everyday. Always my 'go-to' company for Goldie, who also loves Kim, so it's a win/win for me to know puss is so well looked after while I am away, and Goldie is just as happy to have Kim's company too! Thanks as always Kim!

An added bonus is Goldie clearly enjoys Kim's company and has even started licking Kim, a true sign of cat affection, and one she doesnt dish out to everyone, so I couldnt be happier! I contacted Kim as she lives locally and we met up for her to meet Goldie. I went away sure that Goldie would be in good hands. Goldie soon got used to the company and treats, and easily warmed to Kim, asking for strokes. Kim sent daily updates & photos and I was very happy knowing all was taken care of. I contacted Kim, as she lived locally and I liked her profile. Kim responded very quickly and we soon arranged a time for Kim to visit to sort the paperwork and meet Casper. Everything went well and Kim sent me daily updates on Casper and his wellbeing. I would 100% use Kim again, should I need to in the future. Thank you x

We really loved Kim and we will be booking her again. Our cat, Zeb, is a proper lockdown cat and he has met very few people. He is very nervous and likes to hide but Kim was great at reassuring us that he was well in spite of his nerves. Kim also goes above and beyond and even checked our post when we asked her as we needed to know whether our Day 2 Covid tests arrived.

Kim took care of Kirrie while we were away for two weeks, and it was such a relief. She made the whole thing much more relaxed for us and Kirrie. We were getting updates every day, and when Kim felt Kirrie needed her to stay a bit longer, she did which is something I'm really greatful for. My cats are skittish around strangers and usually hide. However they were very comfortable and relaxed with Kim. This in itself speaks volumes. She sent daily updates and they looked so chilled, I had half a mind to extend my break! She brought in the bin and a delivery as well. This was the second time we used Kim's cat sitting services. It was for two weeks this time and she was amazing just as I knew she would! Our cat was healthy and happy when we returned and everything was clean and in order. I would recommend Kim to anyone looking for a reliable and professional cat sitter!

My family had to travel abroad for a month or a little longer and Kim agreed to be our cat sitter even though we couldn't tell exactly how long we would have been gone. We initially expected to be away for 1-1.5 months but for different reasons we were away for 3 months.

During all this time Kim was sending regularly photos and information about out cat Jimmy, she was telling us how he behaved and how he was feeling. Very soon I felt confident that Kim was a very reliable person and we could trust her to care for our four-legged family member. Kim was even kind enough to inform us when we had received some letters which looked important and open some of them on my request. I really appreciated the fact that a trustworthy person was taking care of our cat in difficult times when due to the pandemics flights were cancelled and we didn't know when we could return home.

Kim had promised in her profile that we would come back to a happy and relaxed cat and this was exactly what we found when we returned! When we left our cat was a little stressed out but on our return he was happier and much more relaxed. Moreover even after 3 months we found our home clean and tidy! She had been taking care of the mess that our cat had been making!
