Empathetic, experienced pet carer

• Your cat is in safe hands with me. I have cared for animals professionally for nine years.

• I'm a deeply empathetic person and pet carer. I am skilled at picking up on subtle body language cues of animals (and humans).

• I've been able to develop rapport with even the most anxious animals (cats, dogs, rabbits) and also regularly with wildlife, over the years.

• The ways I approach building trust is to sit down calmly (often on the floor) and let cats do their thing. I'll doodle whilst they relax or want it play, unless they are open to strokes.

• I have a psychology doctorate, which conveys how I commit fully to the things I do.

More about the service I offer:

• Bespoke approach to every cat client with daily or regularly communication with owners before / during visits.

• All the duties required such as feeding, changing water and litter, cleaning litter trays and so on.

• You can expect great photos as I'm an artist.

• All visits where cats are 30mins or more (if I have time / your agreement to keep cats company)

UPDATE June 2025:

In order to stay open as a cat sitter, I've had to increase my fee to account for Cat in a Flat commission. Apologies to clients who can no longer afford the service.
